With the amount of volume that I train, it is important for me to be able to recover quickly.

I take the Recovery product daily after each training session. I like the chocolate flavor the best.
Typical Training Week:
Six days a week. Before a competition, 2 or 3 times a day.

Mainly primal style food. Before a competition, I will zone my food as well.
