I've been taking Progenex for over a year now and have seen amazing results. I was plateaued at 95 pound squat snatch for months before starting Progenex but after 3 months of using their Recovery product I was consistently putting up 135 pound squat snatches! Since my recovery time is so much faster I'm able to incorporate more endurance and gymnastic exercises between WODs without feeling tired. This allows me to push myself much more and improve in all areas, not just lifts. Possibly the best test I could put Progenex through was the 2010 CrossFit Games. I did six workouts in two days and felt fully energized for day three. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for the last day but I felt like I could have gone another 3-4 workouts. I should've had to take a few days off after that weekend but I came home ready to start training again. I should have gotten delayed delayed onset muscle soreness after that weekend but I never got sore! After living the benefits of Progenex I will never stop taking it!
I alternate days with heavy sandbag workouts, tire flips and things like that between my traditional CrossFit workouts. I've been incorporating more endurance and gymnastics exercises between WODs as well.
