I have been using Progenex for approximately 2 months and have seen outstanding results. I am 38 years old and have had knee surgery and multiple broken bones. I had been a level 1 CrossFit Instructor and an avid CrossFitter for a while when I heard about Progenex. I decided to try the More Muscle and the Recovery and immediately noticed a difference in my recovery times. After one bag of each I noticed a difference in my weight; dropping 10 stubborn pounds I had beentrying to lose. When I was half way through my second Pro-Pack I was able to start working out twice a day and have been doing that for months now. To date I have dropped almost 20 pounds of body weight and I am still hitting new personal records on my lifts. I teach Defensive Tactics and Physical Training at a regional police academy. We utilize CrossFit as our physical fitness program with the recruits. We introduced Progenex to the latest recruit class and in 10 weeks the 9 recruits had lost a combined 74% body fat. Progenex use has spread through our department’s CrossFitters like wild fire and everyone is experiencing the same results; leaner and stronger bodies that are prepared fo rmultiple WOD’s in a single day. Thanks to Progenex our officers no longer need to be concerned with spending all their energy on the WOD and not having anything left for the streets.
My training day consists of 2 workouts a day. I do the CrossFit WOD and a second workout consisting of cardio or mixed martial arts. I have been training my CrossFit WOD or 31 minutes (For the 31 heroes that died in the helicopter) of cardio a day in my gas mask, with filter. In addition to my workouts a typical work week consists of teaching defensive tactics and physical training to officers and police recruits for a minimum of 4 hours per day. Prior to taking Progenex, I rarely had much left after my CrossFit WOD, and now I am doing two-a-days, with one being in the gas mask. In the past 2 months I have lost 20lbs of body weight and have managed to hit several PR's, including a standing box jump of 49 inches (verified by a level 1 CF Instructor).
