Breakfast Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Slices of Sprouted Grain Ezekiel Bread

  • 6 Tbs Tofutti Vegan Cream Cheese (or your favorite brand)

  • 2 Tbs Tropical Vanilla Recovery

  • 1 Tbs Peanutbutter

  • 4 Strawberries

  • 1 1/2 Bananas

  • 1-2 Kiwis

  • 14 Black Grapes

  • Coconut flakes

  • Hemp Seeds

  • Chia Seeds

  • Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add your 6 Tbs of cream cheese and your 2 Tbs of vanilla recovery protein powder into a small bowl. Mix the two ingredients together until the powder is smooth in constancy with your cream cheese, then set aside.

  2. Take a few minutes to cut up all of your fruit then set aside.

  3. Toast all four slices of Ezekiel Bread

  4. Once your bread is toasted add your cream cheese mixture evenly to each slice of toast (if you want more spread feel free to make a little mini batch).

  5. Add your fruit to each toast.

  6. Top each toast with a sprinkle of chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey. For the Banana toast drizzle your peanut butter onto your fruit.

  7. Enjoy your delicious breakfast toast!
