Haute Cake Breakfast Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup Haute Cakes

  • 3 TBSP oil/melted butter

  • 2 TBSP sugar

  • 1/3 cup water

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

  • Chocolate chips

  • Fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together all 4 ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Let batter sit for 5-10 minutes.

  3. While batter is sitting, grease muffin pan ⅔ of the way full (6 muffin tins).

  4. Pour batter equally into 6 of the muffin tins.

  5. Bake for 7-9 min @ 350F.

  6. Cool in pan and serve.
