INGREDIENTS
- 1 Scoop Progenex Vanilla Recovery
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Packet Stevia or 1 Tablespoon Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine and mix (with a fork) all of your dry ingredients into a jar or a container.
- Add in the Pumpkin Puree, Milk and Honey.
- Stir all of your ingredients together until there are no dry clumps.
- Now cover with a lid and leave in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning, open the container and enjoy!
