Progenex Subscription Guide

Introduction

Progenex subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our Progenex products. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your order, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time.

On this page we've created a how-to guide to show you how to perform the many functionalities you get with your Progenex subscription order. The majority of these functions can be performed in the Manage Subscriptions section of our website.

 

Creating your subscription

Creating a Progenex subscription is incredibly simple. First, visit any Progenex product page, by either clicking "Products" at the top of the Progenex website, or following this link:

1. Choose Frequency 
After selecting your chosen Progenex product, make sure under that “Subscribe and Save (10%)” is selected. 

2. How many…?
Choose the quantity, size (servings), and/or the flavor you would like.

Delivery Every:
You can select the frequency of your Progenex deliveries. For example, you can have your Progenex delivered every 1-10 weeks. Finally, click the red "Add to Cart" button to add to your cart.

Click “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout screen and enter your shipping and billing information.

 

Creating your account

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an account with us to access them from. You can easily create an account during the checkout process by clicking “Want to create a new account?” on the Checkout page and entering an email address and a password. N.B. We don’t automatically create an account for you. You can also create an account by following the steps below:

  1. Click “Login” at the top right of the website. Or follow this link: progenexusa.com/account/login
  1. Click the "Sign Up” link next to the “Sign In” button on this page.
  2. Enter your first and last name, email address, choose a password and click black "Create" button.

This will take you to the “My Account” page.

Getting to the Manage Subscription page

There are two ways to get to the Manage Subscription page:

  1. Clicking the link in your ‘Subscription Confirmation” email we send with your order.
  2. Logging into your account page, which you can access by clicking “Login” at the top right of the website - see section on “Creating an account”. Or follow this link: progenexusa.com/account/login

Changing the frequency of your orders

You can change how often you want your Progenex to be delivered at any time.

  1. Simply click “Delivery” under Manage Subscription on your account page. 
  2. You will see your current subscriptions here, click “Edit”. 
  3. Click “Change Delivery Schedule”
  4. Amend to preferred intervals in the drop down menu. This may say for example "Every 1 Week(s)". You can select the frequency in weeks, and can have a gap of up to 10 weeks between orders. 
  5. Click “Save”, next to the ‘Weeks’ drop down. 
  6. Wait for page to reload.

Changing the flavor split of an existing subscription

  1. First, log in to your Progenex account or create one if you don't already have one. 
  2. Click “Manage Subscription Flavors”
  3. Amend the number of bags and flavor mix using the drop down menus
  4. Click "Update Subscription".

 


Updating your address

First, log in to your Progenex account, or create one if you don't already have one. 

  1. On your main account page select “View Addresses”.
  2. Here you can edit your current address or add a new one.
  3. Check the “Set as default address” option to make the new or edited address your default delivery address. After this, click the blue "Manage" button, and select the "Update Address" option and your Progenex will be sent to this address for all future dispatches. 

 

Updating your card details

If your credit or debit card information is ever altered, you will need to update it your Account or your Progenex won't be able to be shipped.

  1. First, log in to your Progenex account, or create one if you don't already have one. 
  2. Visit the “Manage Subscription Delivery” page.
  3. Click "Billing information"
  4. Under your current card on file click "Edit".
  5. Input new card information and click "Save" and this card will be charged for future subscription purchases.

 

Dispatching your Progenex immediately

Sometimes you use up more Progenex than you were anticipating, or need an immediate supply of Progenex. To have your subscription shipped ASAP:

  1. First, log in to your Progenex account or create one if you don't already have one. 
  2. On your main account page select “Manage Subscription Delivery”.
  3. Click “Delivery Schedule”.
  4. Click “Edit” on the relevant subscription.
  5. Under “Next Shipment” change to the date you want your Progenex to be shipped on.

N.B. Recurring orders are placed between 11am-12pm MST, so if it is not changed before this time, your order will not be placed until the next day. Selecting this option will change your future shipping dates to correspond with your new order.

Upcoming orders

  1. First, log in to your Progenex account or create one if you don't already have one. 
  2. On your main account page select “Manage Subscription Delivery”.
  3. Click “Delivery Schedule”.

    Cancelling your subscription

    Subscriptions have a three (3) order minimum requirement. You may cancel your subscription anytime afterwards.

    1. First, log in to your Progenex account or create one if you don't already have one. 
    2. Visit the “Manage Subscription Delivery” page.
    3. Click “Cancel” next to each product on your subscription.
    4. Tell us why you’re cancelling.
    5. Click “Cancel Subscription”.

    You can reactivate your subscription anytime from this same page.
