The T shirts I ordered are fine. But the customer service rep I spoke with, was found very wanting. I asked about a military service discount with proof of service and Jeremy said yes of course we do… here it is.. but it wasn’t applicable to anything I purchased… not T shirts, not supplements… so therefore nothing at Progenex, which is not a big deal, just a question but Jeremy was very rude and in shock and couldn’t grasp the fact that if I company offers a military discount but it is not applicable to any of the two things the company offers for whatever reason… therefore said company does not indeed offer and discount… which is fine.. it was a nice Tete-a-tete and fun way to pass my retired time aside from the Gym. But I did went ahead and canceled my subscription to Progenex and will be returning their Ts. It was fun while it lasted though! Thank you Progenex!
