They’re the ultimate proving ground.

 

While the rest of the world is piling cookies on their plate and excuses on their resolutions, you’re running 12 straight days of savage, functional fitness training and precision fueling.  

You start Saturday, December 13.  

You finish Christmas Eve morning with a bodyweight finisher that will separate the warriors from the wannabes.  

Then you feast like a king on Christmas Day—because you’ve already earned every bite.

This is the PRE-resolution.  

The moment you look back on in 2026 and say, “That’s when I became unstoppable.”

Scale: 225/155 lb + banded pull-ups or ring rows
