SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your PROGENEX products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put our products to use.

Due to our quick processing of orders, it may be difficult for us to make changes to your order after it has been placed. We will do what we can to accommodate changes you may have if the order has not already been shipped.  Any shipping costs incurred as a result of changes to the order will be charged to the customer.

PROGENEX offers free no-rush shipping on orders $100 and up before tax. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Orders are processed and shipped from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. PST Monday – Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. PST on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping times are estimates based on business days and do not take into account holidays or weekends. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Some expedited options may not be available in all areas.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

PROGENEX and our carriers will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2022. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

• New Year's Day: December 31, 2021
• Memorial Day: May 30
• Independence Day: July 4
• Labor Day: September 5
• Thanksgiving: November 24
• Christmas: December 26
• New Year's Day: January 2, 2023

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

PROGENEX uses UPS Ground service on all orders paying for Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO

Due to the distance, all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PROGENEX currently ships internationally to select countries.  Simply enter your shipping details at checkout to see the shipping availability in your area.  Duties and taxes must be prepaid to avoid any unnecessary shipping issues with customs and delivery.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your PROGENEX products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or credit within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, returns will need to go through them — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE PROGENEX RETURN POLICY

You can return your item(s) purchased from www.progenexusa.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Credits will be given in the form of a gift card for use exclusively on www.progenexusa.com. PROGENEX does not accept returns on items purchased outside of www.progenexusa.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of www.progenexusa.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records. Make certain that your name, address, phone number and order number are included.  Please send them to:

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days of purchase you may incur a 15% restocking fee and you will only be issued a store credit for the refund. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date. Expired products and products expiring in the subsequent 60 days from date of return will not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN ORDER

We will process your return to the best of our abilities. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or credit to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.  Store credits are processed real-time and can be used immediately upon receipt via email.  For refunds to your original form of payment, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
