What is the Progenex Loyalty rewards program?

Progenex Loyalty is our exciting rewards program where you earn points that you can redeem for discounts on your
purchases at progenexusa.com. There are three levels, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards
even faster.
Q:
How do I join? Does it cost anything?
A:
It’s free to join. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever
you make a purchase in order to receive your points! (Sorry, we can’t offer points for purchases made if you
check out as a guest.)

How do I accumulate points?
A:
You earn points for every dollar you spend on progenexusa.com. You must be signed into your account in order to
earn points on your purchase. There are three levels in the Progenex Loyalty rewards program and as you advance
to a higher level, you earn points even faster.
Q:
Can I use my Progenex Loyalty rewards with other promotions and coupons?
A:
Reward codes are non-combinable and are one-time use only. Please see the chart below explaining the levels of

Where can I find how many points I have?
A:
Your point balance will be accessible after you sign in to your account on progenexusa.com. Simply click on the
“Loyalty Program” icon in the bottom left corner of the site. This will pop-up a small window which will show
your Point balance.

How do I redeem my points?
A:
To redeem points, sign in to your account on progenexusa.com and click on the “Loyalty Program” link in the
bottom left corner of the site. This will pop-up a small window showing your Point balance as well as two
buttons, “Earn more Loyalty Points” and “Spend Loyalty Points”. Redeem points by clicking on the “Spend Loyalty
Points” button.
Q:
Do my points expire?
A:
Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending
of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero and your tier level downgraded. Make sure you
spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance and tier status.
Q:
Can I earn points for purchases at an Authorized Progenex Dealer or another online retail location?
A:
Right now, you can only earn points for purchases made online at progenexusa.com.
Q:
HOW I CAN EARN POINTS WITH MY PRODUCT REVIEWS?
A:
After your order arrives, you will receive an email asking you to rate and review the product(s) you purchased.
To ensure your account is credited with Progenex Loyalty points (50) for each review, follow these steps: 1. Use
the link in your Rate and Review email to visit progenexusa.com. 2. Write your review. (Reminder: Only 10 of
your verified reviews will qualify for points throughout the year.) 3. If you choose to upload a relevant photo
or video with your review, you will receive an additional 50 or 100 points respectively. We want to receive as
many reviews as possible come from verified purchases—making shopping for products better for everyone!
