A: Recovery has 23g of protein per serving in Peanut Butter Smash, Belgian Chocolate, and Loco Mocha, and 22g in Vanilla Cream. More Muscle has 31g per serving. The nutrition facts on your bag are the final word.
Q: When do I take each one?

Q: What is the return policy?
A: 30 days from purchase for a refund to the original payment if the item is unused and in original packaging. You pay return freight unless we shipped the wrong item. After 30 days and within 60 days: 15% restocking fee and store credit only. No refunds after 60 days. Full terms: Return Policy.

Q: Does it contain milk or soy?
