Not all carbs are created equal! BUILD is made of two natural carbohydrate sources – honey and sweet potato powder. How To Use:
Daily Use: take 1-2 servings post-workout. You can drink it alone or mixed with your More Muscle or Recovery shake.
During Competitions: 1 serving the night before competition, 1-2 servings 2 hours before competition, 1-2 servings an hour before competitions and 1-2 servings post-competition.
Tip: 4-5 ice cubes to your shake or use ice water to make the shake even more enjoyable.

Pure energy in a bag!
this Fenugreek stuff does the job every time, i'm 160 lbs so i burn calories/energy just sitting at my desk or sleeping. I've been using this product for 3 weeks and i mix it with my "more muscle" shakes in the morning and recovery shakes post workout. i've noticed a difference when comparing myself to my workout buddy, he's always beat and lethargic with little to no energy, myself on the other hand is ready for that 2nd maybe 3rd metcon! jk. Anyways i was once like my workout buddy but since i've found this "Build" it has help me significantly in all aspects of my day. i recommend it for anyone that needs some good pure energy! i can't believe fitness could taste so good.. thank you.

Wow, this stuff is awesome! I have been using Recovery pretty consistently for a couple of years, but a few weeks ago I started adding 2 scoops of build to my PWO shake on heavy days for added carbs, and I feel like a superhero! It tastes especially delicious mixed with the vanilla recovery, and I feel refreshed about an hour after my workout instead of totally drained. Highly recommend it!
