INGREDIENTS
- Dates, pitted 4
- Black beans, drained and rinsed 15oz
- More Muscle Chocolate Peanut Butter Smash 1 full scoop
- Peanut Butter ¼ cup
- Unsweetened applesauce 2 Tbs
- Almond milk 1 Tbs
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Coconut, shredded 120g
- Vanilla 1 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, combine dates, black beans, Progenex More Muscle, almond butter, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, 60g coconut and salt until blended into a dough-like texture.

Roll mixture into 15-20 tablespoon-sized balls. Coat balls with remaining coconut shreds.

Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
