Coconut Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • Dates, pitted 4
  • Black beans, drained and rinsed 15oz
  • More Muscle Chocolate Peanut Butter Smash 1 full scoop
  • Peanut Butter ¼ cup
  • Unsweetened applesauce 2 Tbs
  • Almond milk 1 Tbs
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Coconut, shredded 120g
  • Vanilla 1 Tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, combine dates, black beans, Progenex More Muscle, almond butter, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, 60g coconut and salt until blended into a dough-like texture.

  2. Roll mixture into 15-20 tablespoon-sized balls. Coat balls with remaining coconut shreds.

  3. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
