INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Scoops Cookies & Cream More Muscle
- 1/8 Cup Crushed Macadamia Nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet over low heat melt coconut oil
- Stir in cookies & cream protein powder.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour mixture into silicone candy molds (about 80% full.)
- Next sprinkle on the mac nuts.
- Freeze or refrigerate until set.
- Remove from molds and store in the fridge in an air tight container.
- Eat one fat bomb to curb the appetite or satisfy your sweet tooth.
